Customer Service was impeccable. Vehicle was clean, dependable and comfortable. Pricing was reasonable. I did have to purchase windshield washer fluid due to the impending bad weather and excessive road brine but being able to see clearly made the $6.00 investment worthwhile.
Enterprise have a policy of double booking cars leaving customers stranded at the rental locations and staff in no win situations. Two times in a row and completely complicating my family holidays both times. On top of that I had to pay more for the smaller car that did not have the seat numbers we needed so had to use uber aswell. I could go on about this but …..
BEWARE! I booked a Van for our Christmas party 3 weeks ago. Today is the day I was supposed to pick up and they think it’s a good idea to call 2 hours before pick up that they don’t have the van and I need to go to another location if I want it. Super unprofessional, no customer service, just an awful experience
Gave our rental away without informing us and were very rude when we arrived. Did not apologize or offer to help us with a rental. They said “special circumstances” because it was the day after thanksgiving. Would not even attempt to come here again. Go to the Lumberton NJ location instead
