Enterprise was Great. John really helped the process for me to get a vehicle that suited my needs as I'm a handicapped individual. He was a great, friendly and helpful guy and he picked me up from the body shop where my vehicle was being serviced... Thanks John.
We had a vehicle reserved for pickup this morning and when we got there we were told they had overbooked. We we not given any alternatives and stuck having to find a rental for a passengers at the las minute.We spent a entire morning trying to find something else. Waisted so much time. So unacceptable our family ended up having to take two cars and will be arriving later then we had planned.Horrible!
Informative staff, ease of use, willingness of staff to pick you up & take you to the rental store, great rental car.
Very easy to obtain rental and also return the rental. Had to extend multiple times and never has an issue
