Everyone were professional, very patient and explained everything.
This place stole $400 from us after we rented a car for 4 months. I've talked to corporate but they put it back on the Hamilton office and the Hamilton office folk put it back on corporate..its a shitty thing to do when we paid so much for months and were never late on a payment.
DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Provided a rental with tire issues and offered no assistance other than a form saying were are not liable. Informed we can replace the rental, and when we attempted to our replacement was rented to someone else after being told it would be available to swap. Judging by the many other reviews here, this place does not respect your time or money. Take your business elsewhere where. They do not deserve a PENNY.
