The staff are excellent. I had no problem checking my car in and checking my car out. The people that drove me to pick up my car and to get my car. They are awesome people the staff at Enterprise are wonderful and they make your car renting experience very easy

How does a car rental agency NOT have any inventory. Ever? What are you guys really do there?
all tires were underinflated. One only had 23 psi but 36 psi is required - seemingly losing pressure - slow leak? some kind of warning light but no owners manual inside to see what the warning light means? To make matters worse - there is no spare tire in the vehilce!
