I had an accident and made a reservation for a rental to get home to Ohio. I called Uber this morning because I thought I had a rental car. They told me nothing was avaliable. I am out money because I had to pay the Uber driver. I called all over Enterprise rental car places. Quincy in Allentown Pennsylvania set me up with a car. He is amazing and accomplished helping me. If you have an accident in Hamburg PA you are stuck there. I would give this place negative reviews if I could.
Dealt with an absolute nightmare of a week because of my insurance company and the enterprise near Reading. Brandon from the Hamburg office was awesome and finally got us into a rental. Can't thank him enough.
