Great service! Very smooth. The gentleman who dropped off my vehicle was great!
Edit: Finally after 3 months got a call from the new manager who listened and took care of the issue. Raised the review from 1 to 3 stars as a courtesy. New manager seems like a good guy. Charged me 3 weeks after I dropped off a vehicle for 6 days that I was not in possession of their vehicle. Have called the location multiple times and their corporate customer service at least 3 times to no avail. Every time I am told they will take care of the issue. Still dealing with the issue 3 months later.
Had a reservation for 830 it's 9am and nobody is here will not return here
Easiest car rental experience ever, from the shuttle driver to the customer service rep. Matt, who handle all of the rental details. Excellent customer service quick and easy. Highly recommend the Warminster location:)
