Extremely unhelpful staff. Insurance company representative confirmed with car repair company, I was approved for a specific amount, yet Enterprise’s paperwork reflected a different figure. When I raised the issue, the manager, Miguel, was unwilling to do any legwork or assist in resolving the discrepancy. Instead of helping coordinate with the insurance company, continually stated my paper states x amount. Very poor customer service during an already stressful situation.
The young man that worked there was fairly condescending. I felt as if he was more focused on trying to impress his female employee.
Enterprise went above and beyond to help me acquire the vehicle I needed in a time crunch and on a busy holiday weekend.
