My son had a car reserved at this location by Progressive Insurance due to an accident. We arrived the day of the reservation and Justin told us there were no vehicles even though there were 10 in the lot. I asked if he could have one of those and was told no, that they were reserved for people who booked them "weeks ago" and that our reservation was for 3:00 pm.
