This was almost a 5 star rating however, upon my arrival before the branch opened, I waited as workers came in and never greeted me or told me that the main entrance is not the front door but the back side door. I waited a while before approaching the front door closer to read any signs and there it says to use side door. If any of the 3-4 workers that originally saw me would have approached and greeted me, I would not have waited there as long. I had a very good experience with my rental. I would definitely rent with them again in the future.
I always rent cars at Enterprise car rental in Canyon Country, in Santa Clarita, Nice cars, Good customer service, and good availability of different vehicles.
Everyone at both Santa Clarita Enterprise locations was super helpful and nice. I recommend them highly.
