Well, we had a superlative experience here. "Phil" couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. There was even a switcheroo of cars after a few days due to a mechanical issue, and the switch was painless and easy. We also got a free ride back to our hotel after returning the car. I will be returning here on a future trip to the area.
Rented a Van for 2 days. Fabulous service. Van was clean and almost brand new. Return was effortless. Thank you!
Update 9.7.2026 : Turned in van Sunday night. Left expensive airpods in the van. Showed up first thing Monday morning. Airpods were waiting for me at the front desk! Thank you! I badly needed a VAN or a low height SUV. Christian worked very hard to find me one. Made all the difference. He even called me next day to ask how the rental was. Thank you!
We rented a luxury car that required oil change.Tune up and continue sending warning signals. During our drive to las vegas, which is through a mojave desert.We were unable to use the dashboard.Because it kept shutting down during the drive.And the only way to bring it back up was to pull over, turn off the car for over five minutes. The car's brakes were making noise as if they hadn't been changed in over three years. Terrible terrible experience
