I booked a minivan a month in advance, specifically expecting a vehicle that would comfortably accommodate my family of five along with our luggage for a long distance trip. I love this enterprise. I always have a great experience here. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The cars are always good and they are accommodating if need be. I will definitely continue to rent from here!
Worse experience it changed in the last 2 the manager hope is a rude person! The young black kid was a waste of space. Your customer service is a joke too I just them to be told sorry! Nothing we can do I won't rent from Enterprise and I was a plus member.
This branch has really poor customer service. I had to contact the corporate customer service line and have a case open for an incident I had here that the branch manager is not addressing. There’s another branch a few minutes away, the Trevose branch, and they are super great!! I would recommend them if you have to rent through Enterprise, not here.
