This branch has really poor customer service. The blonde girl which is I believe is the manager doesn't have any customer service skills.
I was highly satisfied with my experience at the Bensalem Enterprise. Matt was friendly knowledgeable and accommodating. I really appreciate having an employee like Matt handle my transaction. In the future I'll use Enterprise for all my rental needs and make sure my family and friends do as well. The vehicle I rented was perfect and it made for a great outing for my grandchildren and me. Thank you
