We were greeted right away by friendly, helpful staff making for a very smooth rental experience . Chris was the person who assisted us and thoroughly covered all the information. Our car was clean, low mileage and in great working order. Another perk is that Enterprise is transparent with their pricing. Last time we rented a car I thought I found a "deal", spent more than I would have at Enterprise once all their "fees" were added, and ended up with a car that had over 60,000 miles on it! Lesson learned.
On my trip up I had to go with plan D to get to my destination which forced me to rent a car at the last minute to get to my final destination. Enterprise came through and was able to pick up my car at 2:00 am. Pre-checked in so I was able to get the keys within about a minute from arriving which was nice.
Good service, clean car
