I booked my reservation thru the phone and when I showed up to pick up my rental there was no reservation for me and the front desk people were so kind to help me and give me a vehicle at the same rate and so a 3 day rental turned into a 30 day rental as I enjoyed my rental and extended accordingly, I recommend enterprise!
Great experience and great staff
Super happy with our service at enterprise in Portland! It was easy booking online and picking up the car was a breeze. Both Chaurice and Adam were excellent and very friendly. Our car was exactly what we needed for a trip up to Boothbay and Acadia National Park. Definitely recommend this location as it’s both super close to the downtown area and have great service!
Enterprise provided me with a new, sporty car to use for several days. It was easy to maneuver and fun to drive. All Enterprise staff I came in contact with were professional and friendly. Enterprise made it easy for me to be without my car for several days. Thank you.
