I rented a car from Marginal Way Portland, Maine.,Enterprise car rental co. My complaint is that I was charged, a week or so after dropping the car off, for a toll of which I paid. I had my own personal EZ Pass at the front of the rental car windshield and their EZ Pass was deactivated. It not the money, though it all adds up, it's the idea.
The service representative was cordial, helpful, and knowledgable. The car was great--including a wirefree phone recharger, and the charge at the end was as expected! A wholely positive experience.
Rental car experience in Halifax, Nova Scotia was not good. Car was not ready, waited nearly an hour to get it, and it had trash in the back seat.
Adam was our saving grace today! I made the mistake of booking our car in the wrong location and were running out of options as the holiday weekend approached. He was able to offer us a car that someone had cancelled their reservation on, right in the nick of time. Thanks, Adam, for your kindness and great service!
