Thank you so much to Enterprise on Main in KC, Mo. we went in to rent a car from Hertz that had been reserved for three weeks . Told us they had no cars. Also didn’t even try to call another store or make it right. Went down the street to Enterprise a girl named Mika helped us. She was wonderful rented us a car right away! Thanks to her and Enterprised our trip was not canceled! Thank you for all you help!
The people at this location are quite professional. I had to extend my rental and it was an easy process over the telephone. They took care of all of my car rental needs at a very fair price! The car was in great condition and clean. I will use this location of Enterprise again when the need arises.
