The manager here is charging me for a dent that I did not incur. See the picture below. This is something that no one would see when they check the car out. I drove on a highway to Virginia and returned, all the while this rental was parked in a hotel lot. I have no doubt that this was done by a previous renter. I will not use Enterprise again, especially this office. If you look online you will see others that get charged for previous scratches. It is standard procedure for Enterprise, especially this location.
