Very fast check in, even with the vehicle being upgraded. Quickly greeted by the person at the cars and given a choice of the few vehicles available. Though I wasn't shown how to do any of the features on the car (headlights, trunk release, where to put the gas in, how the cruise control works on this particular vehicle, etc) I figured them out luckily, except for the cruise for some reason. I was very impressed with every facet of my rental which was done spur of the moment so I had no reservation. The shuttle service was great and timely. After rapidly processing my rental form I was taken to my car. As I started to leave I noticed the "low tire" light on and when I brought it to the agents attention I was immediately given another car and a discount for the inconvenience. Check in was also quick and easy. I was impressed with all the Enterprise employees that I had contact with. .
