Terrible Rental Car Experience – Stranded and Ignored I had one of the worst rental experiences at this Enterprise location. I spoke with a staff member earlier in the day and let them know my office closes at 6 PM, just like theirs. I told him I would try to arrive around 5:45 PM. My experience with Enterprise car rental in Crestwood, Kentucky was crap. No car available for my 10am reservation. They called a nearby branch to have one delivered. It arrived half an hour after my reserved time. Late start, late arrival. Family waiting at drop off, family waiting at pick up. No call from Enterprise, no apology from the desk agent.

This place gave me a call around noon and told me they’d give me a call back and have a car for me before end of day. I never received a call so I went ahead and went up to the office. The collision center that’s connected to the building told me they were a “satellite” location and they only staff for appointments. Then proceeded to tell me that they do this all the time. Sounds like some useful information that could’ve been told along the first phone call.
