We arrived at the airport and the shuttle was almost immediately there. It dropped us at the front door of the location. The staff was incredibly friendly and quick. We had the car keys in our hands under 5 min. Even the return process was painless and wonderful. Highly recommend enterprise. This was the best experience I have ever received. Thank you for making this trip smooth for us.

I had a very bad experience with new manager Dupri Stewart who is very new manager of the Northgate branch . I reserved a car on 6/1/2026 for pick -up 6/3/26 . Let me preface by saying I am a very long time since 2023 customer of Enterprise Woodland/Sacramento branches and never have I been treated so poorly my rentals span almost on a weekly basis long before this man got to this branch and I have never been treated by staff there so badly. I went to this location to swap my vehicle because I was told my other neighboring branches that this location would be my best bet in swapping vehicles because it is one of the biggest selection in the area. As soon as I arrived, the attendant (DON) scanned my vehicle and I advised him that I would need to swap vehicles. He immediately asked me where I got the vehicle from and I told him that it was in Orange County.
