My experience at Enterprise at Sacramento Airport was excellent. I paid and checked in online, so all I had to do was walk up to the counter and get my keys. I was given a Buick Envision that had 5,000 miles on it with excellent brakes and a full tank of gas. The car was so nice to drive during our trip. When it was time to return the car, we dropped it off before they opened. The drop off set-up was easy to figure out, and catching the shuttle back to the airport was conveniently right in front of the rental drop off area. ... read more
I was very fortunate to be helped by Mr. Khai. He went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get a vehicle even though I made a mistake in my prior booking. He's very professional, friendly and all around the Best!!! It was such a pleasure to interact with him as he made the rest of my day pleasant
