My insurance made a reservation for me at this location. The day of pickup, Enterprise in Lenexa calls me to tell me they can't honor my reservation until the following week. Later in the day, my husband talked to someone about moving the reservation to a location that has a car available. He was then told our reservation was never made for Lenexa, it's for the Grandview location. My husband calls Grandview to ask about it and is told, "oh, that just now came through to us." They have good dependable vehicles. Just reserve one a few days ahead of the time you want it.
Doing business with this company is the worst ever. They charged me so-called toll fees after seven months. Where have they been? They lack professionalism, integrity, and honesty.
