**Worst Car Rental Experience I've Ever Had** I needed a car rental while my vehicle was being repaired after an accident. The insurance company referred me to this location because it was close to the repair shop. When I arrived to pick up my car, I provided my information, but the staff informed me that they “tried” calling me to let me know that there were no vehicles available that day. Enterprise is great place to rent
Great staff and friendly service.
This center is the worst of all. I booked a car through Priceline two days before my actual pickup date. They Ja sica called me on the pickup date before 1 hour of scheduled time and said there were no cars available due to spring break. I searched the Enterprise website, found availability on the same location and booked a car there. They called again and told me the same story. After three hours, they called and said there were a few cars available. I had already booked one at an airport location with a Budget.
Excellent service. I’m glad to be known by the staff by my last name. They give us the best rates possible for our continuous business!
