We had a reservation, which was confirmed and verified over the phone. When we went to pick it up, the employee claimed that our reservation was moved to the 18th. We showed the confirmation email with the correct date and time, the she claimed that someone else came in and said she was my wife and moved the reservation. We asked how they confirmed the identity and was told it was done by the phone number provided, not the confirmation number or valid ID. This location lies. I reserved a car online including payment. Get to the location to pick up car and they require a different payment method than what the website accepted. Total waste of time. It seems this location on N Zaragosa in El Paso operates under its own set of rules, not the policies advertised on the Enterprise website. Go somewhere else this location sucks.
The staff, specifically Jessica, was very courteous, professional and helpful. My only complaint is that they offer return times earlier than 9am but do not open until 9am. That would be fine if they had a key drop box. There were 10 people waiting to get in when they opened. Overall, it was very good experience, however.
Had a great experience renting a car at this Enterprise. Robert was extremely helpful and very professional. We even got a courtesy call during our trip to make sure everything was running smoothly with our rental. I highly recommend this establishment.
