Customer service was very good, and the vehicle was clean and comfortable!
The only reason you get 2 stars, is because the employees were friendly. The car was dirty, inside and out. You don't get a full tank of gas. I only had half a tank. I wad told they don't fill the tank. I've never ( rented a car) with less than a full tank. The lot was dirty, with weeds all over the outside. It wasn't very inviting.
Always fast friendly staff! We have had great experiences with the Pueblo office!
This place changes the terms of rental when you show up. Been renting from Enterprise for OVER 20 years and because today im renting out of state they wont rent to me without a credit card. Debit cards are verbotten. What a useless company
