DIA office ignored their own sign above using debit card for return itinerary
Was there early, still checked me in and got me out without any issues and very helpful checking in and getting me to car quickly..no hassle for returning vehicle early ..everyone was great getting me checked in and out..dont think either took longer than 10 mins to get car and to return..everyone was great and helpful. Lot is very small so that is only downside..but everyone is great..highly recommend if in need of vehicle rental.
Pueblo has 2 car rental places, both are excellent. I have to trade a car and both places worked to find me another. Everyone’s kind and friendly. Shout out the Will for programming my CarPlay I’ll see you again!

Justin Sanford was an amazing customer service representative. I had no idea how much effort an employee would put into assisting with my reservation. Honestly, Justin went above and beyond to help me. I had an out of state license, though a state ID. HE WORKED IT OUT!!! I was able to rent my vehicle, complete my business and it was carefree. Ask for Justin Sanford. He was trained well !!!
