I didn't realize that your pick up time was not actually your pick up time I arrived at 8 am and left with the vehicle just before 9. Everyone had been helped and we're on their way. When I asked how much longer since I had been waiting so long, the manager who had just arrived said they had 18 people walk in this am. I did not appreciate his tone and remarks. I was in a hurry and believed that I had an appointment for 8 am pick up. I was evidently waiting for them to clean the vehicle.
You can tell they want to help even when they don't have anything available. They deserve a raise.
