If there were a 0-star option, that’s EXACTLY what I would give. This was my second reservation, and once again, I was left waiting patiently while several people who arrived after me were helped first. At that point, I honestly began to question whether I was being treated differently because I am a Black woman. If I arrived before others and they are being served ahead of me despite waiting less time, that feels extremely unfair and concerning.
