Great rental car and friendly staff. Answer all my questions. Check-in and Check-out was easy and fast.
This is the most unprofessional location. They don't answer the phones, and when you go in person they are rude and unhelpful. I had a premium suv reservation last month I booked it 3 weeks in advance. Then I followed up 2 days prior to the reservation and was told the specfic vehicle they had on the lot for me then the morning of pick up when I arrived I was told they only have cars and a minivan. I travel a lot for business and Yves is the best Enterprise representative I have ever worked with. We have rented cars several times and we always receive great service and prompt professionalism. I highly recommend the office on Cortez Rd in Bradenton! They will take great care of you!!!
