Worst rental car experience ever. Rented the car online the day before pick up. Completed an expedited check-in the morning of my pick up. I arrive at the car rental, only one person working, wait my turn, only to be told THERE ARE NO CARS AVAILABLE. No phone call, email or anything. The staff person said they tried to call me, however they had the wrong phone number, even though the correct phone number, and email, are right on my rental contract which was emailed to me.
