Has always been my go to for a rental. Customer service used to be superb ( definitely miss Carlos). I returned my rental for an exchange, due to a leaking, almost flat tire. Not even anything close to a “sorry for your inconvenience”. What I did get was a load of arrogant attitude after I disputed an additional hourly charge for showing up 40 minutes early for my reservation. Shame what’s become of this location. I won’t be back.
