So I dinged the truck I rented. I told you about it. And you charge me for every little ding on the whole thing saying "thats how we do it" Complained to enterprise and they refunded everything. Used to rent weekly. Now nothing from enterprise or national. Edit 2025 Had coworked go there made sure to inform him not to use you guys. You cost them money..... Edit 2022 Dont bother. This wasnt recently. But my review from then was convently removed. That doesnt change anything....
Terrible service and they did not have my rental that was booked months in advance. Said there was nothing they could do. Completely ruined our vacation. Never again
They were great! Service was great! And they helped me when I needed a specific class of vehicle so I could move some of my mom’s things for her. The vehicle was clean and in good driving order. It was very easy to check-in and return. Thank you.
