I have had mostly consistently good experiences with Enterprise-I will definitely choose Enterprise again
I want to preface this by saying my issue is specifically with this location's management and staff — not with Enterprise as a brand. During this same trip, other Enterprise locations went above and beyond for me. This location did the opposite. I was on a road trip to Texas with my family, including two kids under age 5, when our rental vehicle (from another company) broke down near a small town. Vehicle was comfortable and ran great. I was very disappointed at time to pick up considering that these vehicles are supposed to be detailed. There was very visible dried candy and pet hair in the vehicle in which there should not have been any pets. My son is highly allergic to pet hair so I had to take time before I even left town to go clean the vehicle out I did send a video over of this before I left the lot.

Absolutely terrible. If you enjoy trying to talk to a call center out of country where you cant understand a work then this is the place. Rented a truck with the specific intention of towing a very small trailer. Made numerous plans to get this trip set up. Asked the worthless call center "agent" literally 10 times if I was allowed to tow and was repeatedly told yes. Well day of picking it up. I was told thats not the case and they lock the hitches.
