Gate agent waited for us after our flight was delayed by 4 hours, allowing us to pick up our rental at 1:45 am on July 11th. We are eternally grateful! We would have missed the wedding we flew in to attend without your help. Thank you so much!! Highly recommend this Enterprise location!!
I booked a car online at Entrprise and received two emails and a text message confirming the reservation. When I went to pick up the car they were not working even though it says they are open. I came again in the morning and then they told me that they didn't have any vehicles available. Why didn't anyone send me an email or a text message, a voice message that they didn't have a vehicle available so I could look elsewhere? Pickup was efficient and courteous. The vehicle was clean inside and out. The staff was brilliant, keep up the amazing service!!
We took it everywhere and felt comfortable and safe. Good steering and comfortable seats.
