If you tell me on your website that I'm renting a 4x4 Tacoma,, and at pick up time you give me a TINY Ford Maverick 2 Wheel drive truck,,, I believe that's very misleading.
I have had mostly consistently good experiences with Enterprise-I will definitely choose Enterprise again
I want to preface this by saying my issue is specifically with this location's management and staff — not with Enterprise as a brand. During this same trip, other Enterprise locations went above and beyond for me. This location did the opposite. Vehicle was comfortable and ran great. I was very disappointed at time to pick up considering that these vehicles are supposed to be detailed. There was very visible dried candy and pet hair in the vehicle in which there should not have been any pets. My son is highly allergic to pet hair so I had to take time before I even left town to go clean the vehicle out I did send a video over of this before I left the lot.
