They were great! Service was great! And they helped me when I needed a specific class of vehicle so I could move some of my mom’s things for her. The vehicle was clean and in good driving order. It was very easy to check-in and return. Thank you.
Gate agent waited for us after our flight was delayed by 4 hours, allowing us to pick up our rental at 1:45 am on July 11th. We are eternally grateful! We would have missed the wedding we flew in to attend without your help. Thank you so much!! Highly recommend this Enterprise location!!
I booked a car online at Entrprise and received two emails and a text message confirming the reservation. When I went to pick up the car they were not working even though it says they are open. I came again in the morning and then they told me that they didn't have any vehicles available. Why didn't anyone send me an email or a text message, a voice message that they didn't have a vehicle available so I could look elsewhere?
