Crossville Tn. Enterprise needs new staff, the lady was very rude. Car needed maintenance and smelled horrible. Our day was ruined by the smell of the car and the dinging of maintenance required warning. We told agent and even though she had other cars, she refused to give us another one. It was either take the car or find another rental agency.

Vehicle was poorly maintained. Slow tire leak, right rear. No external antenna. Loud clinking from under vehicle when bump in the road was hit.
This is a great company to work with, no hassle whatsoever
