The process of renting the car was easy and straight forward. The car itself , jeep wagoneer, was perfect and exactly what we needed for our trip. Shout out to Clay from the Woodstock, IL location. Very nice to work with.

Our family gets by with one vehicle, so when our car broke down, we thought renting a car would be a good solution to save money. Boy were we wrong. I wish I would’ve just Uber or maybe even called my kids in sick to school and reschedule doctors appointments rather than be treated the way enterprise treated us. The employee who conducted the inspection before giving us the car had very little attention to detail. She took no photos.
