I can't say enough about the staff at the Oroville, CA office. They make the experience so easy.
The rental experience was very smooth with Enterprise. I arranged for pick up from my house in a rural small town to the one car rental place here (Enterprise). I just needed a 24 hr rental to meet my daughter at the airport. The rep Kevin was very courteous. I was able to drop the car off on Saturday even though they were closed, and took a short ride on a Paratransit bus by appt home. Overall, I have always had good results with Enterprise.
Easy check out and same at return. Will definitely use Enterprise again.
