Very fast and convenient
The car was filthy from previous customers. Cigarette ash in the console, red sticky substance on the inside door handle. Overall, the car itself was poor. A below baseline model with no car play no navigation that barely was able to maintain highway speed up steep terrain. Horrible.
Ariah gave outstanding customer service along with the man that washed the vehicle. I will definitely rent with enterprise again and again. Would you please keep Ariah in Oroville, CA location? Thank you again!!!!
Very unprofessional, will not call back when they say they will. One service member requested documentation, while another person stated that because someone has a CA drivers license that certain documents were not required. This branch is also very fond of hanging up on customers or potential customers.
