If you're flying into Lacrosse, WI, Enterprise has better desk hours than the other renters located there. This is critical during certain evening hours. The car and staff were predictably high-level.
Rental agent said he'd be there until 1245am. I was at the counter at 1240 and it was all closed up. Waited forever for a taxi which was an unexpected expense. I won't use enterprise again.
Usually my go to place! I rent very often during the summer weeks. I love the employees, the cars are always nice, clean, gassed up and ready to go. Unfortunately this last time I went that was not the case at all and the new management isn’t very on top of things. Hoping the issues get resolved.
