At the small La Crosse, WI airport the enterprise closes at 6pm and reopens at 11:30. My plane got delayed from the original 4:30pm arrival. I ended up arriving at 10:30pm and had to wait an hour before they arrived to handle my rental. Once they arrived it was very quick. I dropped off the rental at 4:00am and just parked myself and put the key in the drop box. All in all it was a good experience, I just wish I wasn't delayed so long.
It was so fast! When my flight got cancelled last minute, I used the app to book my rental before I even left the gate. I walked downstairs and Rebecca already had my keys in hand, everything was ready, and I was out the door and on the road before the rest of the people on my flight even knew the flight was cancelled.
The person who helped me check in and out was great.
I always use enterprise. I always receive great customer service. Staff are knowledgeable and personable. The rental vehicles are clean and well maintained. Amazing experience every time.
