They need more desk help at busier times
I am currently at the rental place in Henderson. Which is attached to a collision center. The pickup was scheduled for 8 am. The people that work for the collision center informed us that Enterprise doesn't get here until 830-9. Why in the hell would you schedule a pickup when you can't get here until an hour after the scheduled time? You are wasting customers time and money. I work for a living and you are costing me money. I take that pretty seriously.
