I would not recommend this enterprise. Very unorganized and misleading. I had a reservation for weeks before my pick up date for my rental. They kept calling me to confirm and tell me to make sure I have a credit card and Drivers license and all the things. The day of my reservation, i dropped my car off at the auto body shop and enterprise said they will send a shuttle to get me within 25 minutes. I had a rental vehicle from Enterprise that leaked oil in my driveway, causing a mess and potential damage. I reached out multiple times to management to resolve the issue but received little to no response. When I was eventually put in contact with Kyle Yamada, the District Manager from the Mill Street location, the interaction was extremely disappointing. Thank you to Ian and his team for the amazing support with the rental vehicle—with a few hiccups in my rental journey due to unforeseen circumstances (not due to Enterprise nor the team at all), Ian and Carlos were consistently helpful and kind. They took a unique situation and made it workable and less stressful. Top notch service.
