We needed to rent a car for a week, and the staff here were extremely pleasant, informative, and kind. We have only ever driven older model cars, and not only did we get assistance with how to operate a keyless car, but she took the time to explain several of the features compared to older keyed models. I will absolutely be pointing people towards this location for all of their needs! rental experience made easy
Drop box was locked out on Memorial Day and could not return the rental car. Had to reroute to reno airport for return. This caused extra cost on my end to uber home since the new return location was much farther away from home. Asked the Enterprise corporate personnel regarding small compensation credit for the hassle this caused me. They said no. I will not be using Enterprise anymore.
