My experience was very good with enterprise car rental thanks to Mr. Dave. If I could I would give you more than a 5 ⭐️ rating. Thank you for being patient and able to answer all my questions, thank you for making it easy to move me from one car rental to another due to having a big family. The vehicles I was in were very clean and didn’t have any issues. May the Lord bless you abundantly and thank you for your great customer service.
Pretty great staff. Easy rental. But this rental place is NOT open on the weekends so if you plan on returning your vehicle on Saturday or Sunday you won't be able to leaving you with having to pay for 2 extra days.
I come here to rent at least twice a year for road trips. I've never had any issues. If they didn't have the vehicle I requested, they usually upgrade for no additional charges or give a discount. I always receive the vehicles in clean condition with no issues on the road. Customer service is always excellent, and I get in and out pretty quickly if they aren't busy.
Unprofessional, terrible service, zero communication, and absolutely no customer service skills what so ever. Are you KIDDING me? Had a reservation, booked way in advance and then we get a call morning of "oh, we made a mistake, we don't have a car now." No solutions, no offers of how they could make it right. Just, oopsie daisy click. Unbelievable. UPDATE: IT GOT WORSE. Corporate is pretending to be shocked at this behavior yet we can't get a single solution. You need to hope you don't have problems with your rental car because their service is worse than awful. If my insurance would not requires to use Enterprise, I would not use their service. For sure I know I will never rent from Enterprise with their awful service and rude people.
