Every location is different but this Enterprise locale is horrible. Recently had a rental car from there while our other car was being repaired by a dealer for a week. The first car we had was not new, I forget the mileage but it was a couple of yearsold. It did not run very well so I returned it after two days. The second car was OK but upon return they insisted I pay for everything, including the exchange and had no record of the dealer authorization.
