Dont leave your car or truck there overnight. Enterprise will tell you it'll be fine parked in the back. It will absolutely not be fine. My truck was vandalized they have it all on camera, they did call the cops. Enterprise did nothing to compensate me.
These guys know what is up. Helped me get a car rented, I forgot some property in the car and they helped me get that too. Thank you guys
Absolutely despicable experience here, we set up a reservation prior to arriving and assumed things would go smoothly. We reseved a luxury rental as one was available on the website but they claimed that one wasnt available and put us in a sedan. Afterwards they refused to take my girlfriends debit card without a utility bill... i have never heard of this for something like a rental before and obviously we didnt come with a utility bill. Trevor made the check-in process quick and easy, making for a great start to my rental experience. Ryan was outstanding. He took the time to show me the car, explain all features and answer my questions. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely personable. Both of them provided excellent customer service, and I would gladly rent a car from this location again. Highly recommend!
