Excellent customer service picking up and returning. Great car! We'll always use Enterprise. We've rented about 10 cars from them in the last couple years and have never had a bad experience.
Good prices and helpful staff
They lack proper communication and consistency. I called a day in advance specifically to confirm whether my documentation would be accepted. An Enterprise staff member assured me that it would. However, when I arrived to pick up the rental, I was told my documentation was not acceptable and that I would not be able to proceed.
Always quick really easy.
My experience with Enterprise from placing the order online, dealing with agents at pick up and the service when returning my vehicle was excellent.
