So I went to pick up my CONFIRMED reservation @ 11 am today. It was the WORST experience I have ever had. No cars available. How does that happen when I have a confirmation? Really? Rep said could get me a car by 3pm. Really? How does that work when I have an 11am confirmation and an appt to get to. DONT RENT A CAR TO SOMEONR IF YOU FONH HAVE THE FREAKN AVAILABILITY!!!
