Enterprise in Laramie wyoming is by far the worst branch location I've dealt with in a long time. The branch employee i was dealing with there before she left was absolutely amazing she was always helpful always considerate and kind always going the extra mile to help you then she left to another branch in Colorado and her replacement there in Laramie has done nothing but be rude and inconsiderate to me they don't take responsibility for there actions or anything. Just rented a car today. Great experience!Website was easy to negotiate. Price was reasonable. Justin at the front desk was friendly and efficient.
I called yesterday to reserve a car…they told me I could pick it up at 10:00 the following day. I called the next day and they did not have one car on their lot…jut wow. Don’t use this scam company!!!!
Really good staff...and got a ride back to Laramie airport...
