Joseph Tamburino was an amazing help. He was professional and attentive. He communicated and stayed late to ensure I was accomdateded. This was Saturday 30 August 2025. Due to traffic I was 15 minutes late to pickup a car from another rental location. They gave my car to someone else and did not try and help. I called Joe and he was kind and caring especially on a labor day weekend at closing time. When I left the lot he was still helping others after hours. Thank you Joe!
