Big disappointment. Would give no stars if possible. We were planning a trip to Gatlinburg with 4 adults one which needed to take a wheelchair. We started a reservation 3 weeks in advance to make sure we had a large enough vehicle. We asked if it could have captains chairs in the second row as well and were told no problem. We checked with 2 weeks before we were to leave to make sure they didn't need anything else from us and we were told good to go ,we will have your vehicle here probably a Ford Expidition or a Jeep Wagonee... read more

Brittany and Felipe are very customer-focused. They are friendly and helpful. The vehicles have been clean and without any cigarette smell.
