When I went to pick up my car they were very busy. The staff was friendly, professional, and very efficient. They greeted me when I came in and assured me they would be with me shortly. It didn't take them much time to get everyone waited on, even though one or two customers were obnoxious and demanding. When it was my turn they took extra effort to make sure I had a good car since I was traveling quite far. I was very happy with the people and the car. I will definitely use this Enterprise again.
I don't think I will rent from this company again. I left work early and they were late picking me up. Then they lost all my paperwork had no record of me they're supposed to call me once they found my paperwork but never did they just charged my account no apologies no nothing. I'm going to try out other companies from now on if I need to rent a car.
Excellent staff. . Great car and fairly easy to rent!
