I recently rented an SUV from Enterprise Rent-A-Car for a family day trip to Orlando. The booking process through their app was smooth, and we reserved a Nissan Rogue. However, when we arrived, we were given a Toyota RAV4 instead. Although the car was in good condition with low mileage and the trip went well overall, it was a bit disappointing not to receive the exact vehicle shown during reservation.
