If I could put negative stars I would. Terrible service from the beginning. I had an insurance claim which Geico was paying for the rental car and Enterprise was to provide a SUV. Every car I received had problems and made all kinds of sounds. Joise was rude and when I explained the car was making sounds she would dismiss me. When an SUV was available, they refuse to give it to me after being told that insurance claims have priority over regular rentals. Would NOT recommend.
