Over Booked at several locations and was very Disrespectful at one location! I drove over a hour and a half to get turned away 4 times! Eventually got a vehicle!
We came all the way from Montreal and had a great experience with Enterprise, thanks to Elijah and Rodney! Both of them were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout our experience. If I could give zero I absolutely would. Someone called two days prior to confirm the booking, we had an issue with the security deposit not being clarified when we booked weeks in advance, fine whatever it got figured out. Showed up for the pick up and they stated there was a note on the booking that we were cancelling. The booking was never cancelled by us nor did we ever say we were going to cancel and because of their screw up, they had no car available for us in the size we booked and wanted us to wait an extra hour and... read more
