We went to this Enterprise location at 9:00 AM on July 3rd, and this was by far the worst Enterprise experience we’ve had in Fayetteville. We had a reservation and were preparing to travel, so we made sure to arrive on time. When we got there, nobody called us or updated us about the status of our reservation. Instead, we were told that there were no more cars available. I asked the employee why this happened and showed him our reservation confirmation.
