Excellent customer service, and great quality on cars!!
Where we rented the truck from in Lafayette NC they were great customer service center fir help sucked. The woman could barely speak English and left us stranded with a flat tire thst I had to pay to get fixed on my own.

Once again excellent customer to the Enterprise staff on Ramsey Street. Thank you as always to KJ and Rodney. Today I am adding Ty Vasquez. On November 10, 2025, Ty was providing me with a shuttle ride home as Enterprise provides for their customers. Within seconds we witnessed a SUV hit and run over a male pedestrian on a bicycle. We were less than 10 feet from the collision. KJ was awesome in getting me what I needed for a rental. He was patient (even though I was mildly aggressive due to the fact I needed to take my team for a very important meeting out of state). He is an asset to the company!
