Alex was very patient with all my questions and made the “rental process” clear and easy to understand. The rental price was quite reasonable We only rented it for 2days, but I missed driving it the day after I returned it. The Buick mini van was a dream to drive. I will definitely come back to Enterprise. (I’ve used the Enterprise in EHT before. Same excellent service, yet somehow I didn’t see a survey afterward). Keep up your quality service & thanks again!!!
Do not rent from this enterprise they are scammers I have dealt with enterprise so many times and never had a problem until I came to this location. The manager Alex is so ignorant and rude. I would never come here again. They charged so many charges in my credit card and caused my limit to exhaust and it got me all kind of fees from my credit card company. I’m writing this review on behalf of my wife Nicole she rented a car from there which the insurance company sent her up with and after she returned the car, they slammed her credit card with all kind of charges. The manager Alex of this store is a sad excuse for a manager I have no idea how anybody can put him in charge. He is so rude. He doesn’t return a phone call and when he does get on the phone, he is so ignorant was not helpful at all.
