We booked a car through Expedia. (Which we have done before ) pick up time was noon on Saturday 9/23. We ubered from the Ac airport because the rental cars are double the price. We arrive at this enterprise at 12:15. We did not know or were informed that the office closes at noon on Saturdays! No one called us to ask if we were on the way or running late etc. We then had to get another uber back to airport because they said had cars. Well none were available at any rental car companies. Enterprise of Absecon always deliver prompt service. Gabrielle and all the service reps are professional. They always make sure my car is clean and ready to go!

Great experience and vehicle; however we wish they would have told us only credit cards would be accepted for payment. We were prepared for a $300 deposit and received a phone call the night before saying $400. We made it work, thankfully, but I think it should have been more clear when making the reservation.

I have always used Enterprise for my vehicle rental needs when I lived in Pittsburgh PA, so I had high expectations for my experience here. I have to say that Mario lived up to those expectations. Not only is he welcoming and courteous, but seems genuinely interested in helping the customer get what they need, and went out of his way to assist me. His suggestion for a larger SUV was right on target, and I used every bit of space in that vehicle. Providing parking is really convenient, not to mention that takes some pressure ... read more
