The check in to get a car was a terrible experience. Dude had a attitude before I even got to the counter. But as for the return, the guy named Spencer was amazing. Nice, polite, and high spirited. Truly only good thing about the rental to be honest.
I had the worst experience at Enterprise Gastonia on July 13, 2025. The manager was rude, and the person showing me a black Toyota pointed out that the car had scratches and a fender that was falling off. He told me that this was "normal" for Toyotas. I didn’t think much of it at the time because I had already booked a trip that cost over $1,000.
