8.11.2025 I just waited an hour for a ride because Angie felt that I should wait until my reservation? I had no problem leaving early. But when I got there, I waited almost an hour for a car! I recently needed a rental to drive while my car was being repaired. The car was clean and was amazing to drive. When my car was ready for pick up, I was allowed to leave the rental at the body shop. This made things easier for me. Great customer service!
My experience started out poor but ended excellent. Reserved a premium car which was suppose to be Buick Lacrosse or similar. When I got there Spencer, the lady helping me, tried to put me in a Dodge Challenger...I'm not fond of 2 door cars so I asked if there was another vehicle that they could put me in.
