I have unfortunately, had to utilize this rental service frequently here recently. Everyone has always been very helpful. Customer service is always top notch. I even had an issue during the snowstorm and had to change vehicles due to a flat tire. Alicia took care of me. The whole team was helpful. I will recommend enterprise to everyone I know.
Enterprise cancelled my reservation without ever even notifying me. The rental was for a business trip and I had to work it out with my boss in order to find an alternative. They never picked up the phone when I called them, I was just placed on hold indefinitely until I was hung up on.
