Don’t rent from Enterprise. I had a confirmed reservation, but when I arrived, they had no car available. No one called in advance, and there wasn’t even an apology. After reading other reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one this has happened to. They don’t deserve your business.
This business is professionally operating as it should. Customers who are confrontational have to humble themselves because staff is professional and accommodating. They go straight to kind resolution. You determine, Enterprise cares for their relationships with their clients. Very refreshing.
