Ok so the customer service I received on literally every occasion while I rented a car through enterprise for nearly a month was insanely wonderful and helpful. The staff treated me very professionally and very kind and was QUICK SUPER QUICK AND EFFICIENT i was IN AND OUT . AND I LOVE THAT .
I rent from this Enterprise location about every three weeks, and the experience is consistently great. Jordan has helped me multiple times, and she is excellent every single time. She’s always expedient, genuinely helpful, and takes the time to ask how my rental went. That level of consistency and customer care really stands out. We will definitely keep coming back because of Jordan.
They do not refund full deposit, they take unwanted charges out of the deposit refund that you did not approve of . They find ways to over charge what you were told at the time of checkout. Still not getting any understanding of full deposit refund. Poor service and communication to customer at the Overland Park, KS location.
