Showed up with on line reservations, several cars on the lot when we arrived and even after we left but, we were told they did not have any cars available. When asked if we could be taken to the 107th Street location the guy with the spikey blonde hairdo stated they were Not allow to drive to another location. FUNNY he said that because the 107th Street location Actually had a driver pick us up From the 78th street location and Graciously provided us with a vehicle. Having never rented a car before, I was inexperienced in the process The Enterprise agents were very helpful in helping me choose a car I would be comfortable driving and parking in my tiny assigned parking space at my complex. When there was confusion over rental length and charges, Alex S the manager very kindly cleared it all up for me. I was very grateful. I rented due to damage to my car, my insurance covered the rental while my car was under repair.
