I drove from out of town and when I got to the hotel my truck wouldn’t start, so I reserved a vehicle that can fit 5 people and 3 large luggage and the lady said they do have one and that I needed my drivers license and a major credit card which I had (and the only card I use for rentals for hotels and cars) . Viviana was so very helpful from the beginning of the rental to returning the car. She was professional, personable, and very helpful.
After 25 years of being with Enterprise, they would not allow me to pick up my rental because my license was out of state. Left my kid and I stranded. Needless to say, I won't be returning to them anymore and I went with Alamo instead.
