Called and reserved a stander SUV the beginning of January 2026 for a trip to Florida. When I went to pick up the vehicle. They down graded us to a jeep campus. It had bald tires in the front interior was stained and smelled. They had no up grade vehicle to put us in. Basically told us sorry to bad. The store was dirty and the staff was not very nice. Wouldn't recommend renting any vehicle from the Herkimer enterprise store.

3 times i was shuffled through their mess to try to rent a car. You try to call and they send you to a 3rd party affiliation on the phone. They reserve it then 10 minutes later you get a call from the local office and they're saying they're sold out. People need to talk to each other. I can't believe this bullshit i had to go through to try to rent a car

You make the reservation and they never have the cars available, and they don't even call you to let you know, so you just waste your time.

Nice people. Upgraded us at no additional charge. We were also able to use our debit card.

My confirmed reservation was not available. No other cars were available. No phone call. No email telling me before hand. Wasted 2 hour round trip to pick up a car and came back with no car. Never again!!!
