We rented a SUV a Ford Explorer. It was great! We made our reservations last minute on Labor Day weekend coming and they worked with us to find an SUV in our area. The service was amazing picking the SUV up and dropping it all. Everyone was so friendly.
car was filthy. change oil light came on after driving 1 hour. not alot to choose from. representatives were friendly
We were very pleased with the Enterprise staff.They were very helpful and efficient. We really appreciate the fact that we were picked up at the marina. When you are traveling by boat this is a great service.
Great service and the new Nissan Sentra with Bluetooth features was an added benefit!!! The car was so comfortable and easy to drive. I reserved a car online from GA and did not have any issues (other than the "auto" headlights accidently got shut off by me - new gadgets and things to learn). Great service and experience!!! I almost didn't want to give the car back. Ha!
Jim Galley is the "manager" at this location and has close to the worst customer service I've ever ran into. I called and asked for a pickup as we needed an extra vehicle and he quoted 15-20 minutes to have someone sent out. An hour later and I call back and he informs me that it has only been 25 minutes and that his driver is heading here now. STAY AWAY from this location!!! Either this location needs a new manager or he needs to be retrained in customer service.
Alton receives beat up, dirty, hand me down cars from other locations. If you want a newer rental go to Edwardsville. Alton staff are nice but cars are not worth the price.
