I had a terrible experience at Maryville Enterprise when I went to pick up my rental car. I had made a reservation four days in advance, yet when I arrived, the employee told me there were no cars available and that they would update me when one was ready. The same thing happened the next day when I checked back. What’s even more frustrating is that while I was waiting at the location, I saw an employee give a rental car to a woman who had no reservation. How is that fair? Do NOT bother renting a car here. They are barely open, have incorrect hours, doesn’t respect bookings, and has very few if any cars available. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Apparently reservation doesn’t mean anything, they will call you an hour before your reservation and tell you they have nothing available.
I don’t know why they call this an Enterprise location. Don’t waste your time and risk not having a car when you have a confirmed reservation, or waste your money not having your reservation closed because no one is working at the branch to check the cars in when they are returned. ***edited based on response below, which has directed me to the corporate website “1-800” number.
