Great service
Great customer service picking up the car dropping off the car car was nice and clean. It was a very great experience easy in and out.
Bad service, paid for a mid-size was put into a compact. Had to rent two extra days because they have no way to return on Saturday afternoon. Bad service included waiting on other people who returned vehicle after we arrived and during our rental. The online pre-registration is a waist of time, as we were required to drudge through the entire process at the rental office. They kept us waiting and then took another hour to get us on our way.
I have previously rented cars at the Enterprise Roseville location where I experienced long wait times even when there was a reservation. Enterprise in Citrus Heights was conveniently next to my auto repair facility so I rented a car from that location and had a completely satisfying experience. Sharle Samuel assisted me. She was friendly, efficient and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Kudos to Sharle, for excellent customer service under pressure.
Truly a great experience. Sharle Samuel is the epitome of customer service with a friendly smile . When I need to rent car this is where I’ll go. AAA +++ Highly recommended.
