Great people, really helpful!!
Not happy with Enterprise. They cannot adequately explain why my bill is so high. Said I would get a small refund but it does not show up. They want me to drive to their office so they can explain it. Why can’t they do it over the phone? They said they have the document but can not send it to me. In 2025? The car was ok but was told that it is more gas efficient than it was. I do not have a heavy foot.
We have rented from Enterprise many times and haven't run into many issues. And the few we did run into, they were solved and taking care of in a timely and professional manner. We always receive clean, well maintained cars and the staff is always friendly. We use Enterprise every time and will continue to do so. However, we had never used this location and we are happy we gave it a shot. They went above and beyond when our expected car wasn't returned on time and they were able to get us another one quickly.
