ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! I was involved in an auto accident to which I called the insurance company to get a rental. They gave me a reservation number and told me I could call ANY Enterprise within 25 miles to set up a renal. So I call the one on Glenway(because it is closer to my home. The woman who answered the phone was nice and said she had a lobby full of customers and asked if she could call me back. I didn’t mind.
