Customer services is terrible I didn’t even get greeted none of the workers said anything they were rude. They move slower than a turtle, professionalism is a zero they let the phones ring non stop this is actually ridiculous

Excellent service, great cars, and reasonable rates. The staff is always friendly and very considerate.
Used Enterprise twice while my car was in the body shop next door. Great rates and super easy process both times, even though they were really busy. The second car smelled like smoke and had a small scratch, but I called and they noted it immediately. When I returned it, they surprised me with a free upgrade. Really great service! Worked with tall guy and woman staff, both great customer service skills.
