I booked an XL SUV through Budget Rental on Friday, July 10 for 8:00am at the downtown Cincinnati, OH location. I was about to leave my Airbnb in Covington, KY on foot at 7:30am when my cell phone rang. It was a Budget agent from the downtown location. She stated that they had no car for me.
