Easy to work with
We rented from the 6610 Glenway Ave location in Cincinnati Ohio. The customer service is amazing! We were helped by Leslie and Cade and they are truly interested in customer satisfaction. This location is my go to when I need a rental!
Leslie & logan we’re incredible through this whole process. My car was totaled and they let me know everything that I needed to do to get everything fixed and how the timelines usually look as far as accidents go they were incredibly gracious super professional. I actually ended up keeping the car for about a month while I was shopping for vehicles and they made sure I had the insurance rate although I paid for it out-of-pocket this was a really wonderful experience through a tragic time for me
Cade and Logan were very helpful and accommodating. Got the vehicle I wanted.
