This is by far the worst car rental company in the valley. Horrible customer service, dirty cars, cars smell like cigarette smoke, reek of weed so bad you can get a contact high. Their manager Aaron and customer service agent Trevino Hurd is a great reflection of their company the worst of the worst.
Joy in Palmdale. This location was friendly and clean. Customer Service was good.
