I was in a situation needing car body-work for two different issues, one insured. Date changes etc. caused a lot of confusion but Josh helped twice to make it all work without any 'attitude' which seems to happen often lately. Fully satisfied with Enterprise. Should possibly mention Nationwide Insurance was professional and caring too.
Ive been happy with every car Ive rented, love the weekend special. Im not happy the the flat $250 or having to show my utility bill when using my debit card
