Somebody at this location took it upon themselves to give my contact information to Enterprise's sales department, and I have been relentlessly hounded by a salesperson named Yasmine or Jasmine in spite of having unequivocally informed her that I wasn't interested. I will NEVER rent from Enterprise Rent-A-Car again. Ever. Enterprise used to be my preferred rental company. Now it is at the bottom of my list.
Wouldn't allow my reservation because my drivers license on the corner has a extremely small chip in it
I needed a replacement car, as my rental had a flat and only had a spare. The man working at the local branch told me they couldn’t help me, after 2 escalation calls and me calling them back they said the had a comprable car, no they did not they had a smaller vehicle that my things would not fit it. The gentleman then directed me to go to Pep Boys and have them change out the tire, turns out 3 of the four were bad.
