Great service. These guys will go out of their way to help you. Jeff Dionisio, Son Nguyen, Zach Kutack. All great guys. Professional and kind.
Wait times are long. Not enough workers, not enough cars. I got upgraded from midsize to SUV and it wasn’t an upgrade at all. The car smelled like smoke and actually had burn marks on the driver seat. Half the staff is unprofessional no greeting, even had to wait to return the car.
Zach is extremely unprofessional and rude. I hope he feels better about himself harassing me the day my dog passes away and I just got into a car crash, which was not my fault which is the only reason that I even need this rental in the first place. The funny thing is I had already extended my rental through my insurance and he was still making threats about overdue fees, even though I had nothing left to pay.
