Awful!!! awful staff managers and company. Was told different things every time I came to rent a car. They denied and lied the details blaming it on a new person. Did not try and apologize or understand my side- just barked at me to leave. While they were calling me a liar. Awful management and staff. Fire them all. No customer service skills at all. I remained calm but was clearly upset be iE every time I came to clear up the rental, it was different things needed every time. AWFUL EXPERIENCE
